Bum Day
Tuesday, Mar. 19, 2002 - 12:29 PM Song: It takes a lot...to be your OPPA! Randomness: New thing I had over the weekend....Grape Soju. Yummy! Soju, Grape Snapple and Welch's grape soda. Last night I was reminded of how much time I actually spend online. A fellow RBJer calls me and says, "Are you ok? You haven't been online, haven't updated or posted on RBJ for 4 days!" Haha! I know you missed me! Thanks for the concern. *wink* Yesterday was a total bum day for me. Which is good because everyone needs that every once in a while. Since Peter is here for break, I decided to play hooky and spend a day with him. We were total bums. I actually got there early in the morning and went back to sleep and didn't wake up until after 12. He woke up a lil later and we went out to rent videos (Rush Hour 2 and Moulin Rouge) and buy food. Junk food to be exact. Went back home, made nachos (with chili, cheese, tomatoes, salsa) and ate and watched Rush Hour 2, finally! I've been wanting to see it forever! Anyways it was funny and I enjoyed it lots. Zhang Ziyi is too cute! After that we got sleepy again(!) so we took a nap. I'm surprised I didn't gain 10 pounds just from yesterday alone. I slept for about an hour only but Lazy Ass Peter didn't wake up until about 9, nearly 2 1/2 hours later! But he's sick so I forgive him. We made dinner and ate while watching Moulin Rouge which I enjoyed thouroughly. I was very surprised at Nicole Kidman's singing ability. I'm tempted to go out and buy the soundtrack. At the end of the movie I turned to Peter and asked how he liked it. His reply: "Chick Flick". *sigh* I realized, I watched a lot of movies this weekend. Saturday I saw Enemy at the Gates and the first half hour of The Score. Enemy at the Gates was pretty good until it became a love story. Well not really a love story but I hate it when movies get ruined by unecessary love situations. I only saw a lil bit of The Score because I fell asleep. But I liked the beginning and I like Ed Norton so I think I will rent it again. Yesterday I also caught Indochine on TV. That is a great movie with Catherine Deneuve. It's not a recent movie though, because I remember watching it on video when I was in high school. Definitely worth renting. Limbs entwined Blankets rumpled The intoxicating scent of your skin I surrender myself to slumber, a smile playing on my lips -Key 03/19/02-
